Reminder — Article 6, I, 4° of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 states: “Any person who presents content or an activity to a website host as being unlawful, with the aim of obtaining its removal or stopping its distribution, while knowing this information to be inaccurate, shall be punished by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.”
All content on the Site (texts, photographs, videos, recordings, arrangements, logos, graphic identity) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher, subject to the rights of its partners, photographers and co-contractors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, translation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site’s content without the publisher’s prior written authorisation is prohibited and may be sanctioned as infringement under the conditions set out in the French Intellectual Property Code. The data is intended exclusively for the publisher. It passes through technical service providers acting as processors: O2SWITCH (hosting, France), Google (Google Analytics audience measurement) and YouTube (playback of embedded videos).
Google services (Analytics, YouTube) may involve transferring data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). IP addresses transmitted to Google Analytics are anonymised.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
