Frédéric Chaine

Frédéric Chaine is a French conductor, arranger and violinist. Since 2022, he has been music director of the Ensemble Orchestral Européen, an orchestra of young professional musicians based in Brussels.

Engaged in music outreach, Frédéric Chaine creates and conducts educational concerts for young audiences. His productions include Mozart fait son show, L’Apprenti sorcier and Les Secrets d’un Opéra : La Flûte enchantée.

Through his arrangements and compositions, Frédéric Chaine develops concerts bringing together the orchestra and jazz soloists. His latest creation, Take the Swing Train, brings a string orchestra and a jazz quartet into dialogue.
