CONDUCTOR
Frédéric Chaine is a French conductor and violinist. In 2022, he founded the Ensemble Orchestral Européen with the aim of promoting European talent and bringing classical music to a broader audience.
As part of this educational approach, Frédéric Chaine creates and performs with his ensemble educational concerts for young people. Over the past few years, he has conducted “Mozart fait son show”, “L’Apprenti Sorcier” and “La Flûte enchantée” in cultural centers across Brussels, performing for a total audience of 3,500 children.
Through his arrangements, Frédéric Chaine also presents innovative concerts that blend the orchestra and outstanding jazz improvisers. In April 2025, the Ensemble Orchestral Européen, under his direction, invited renowned jazz violinist Florin Niculescu for the concert “Hommage à Django Reinhardt et Stéphane Grappelli”, held at the Bourse de Bruxelles.
